Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information providenttaxrelief.com collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language, and it describes how the site works today.
Who we are
This website is operated by Provident Tax Relief ("we," "us"). We help California employers look at payroll tax and employee benefit options, including a Section 105 and 125 employee reimbursement program. This policy covers this website only.
What we collect
What you give us. The site has one form, the cost calculator. You can move the calculator's sliders and boxes without telling us anything. We receive your numbers only when you choose to see your results and enter your contact details. At that point we collect:
- Your business name, your name, your phone number and your email address.
- The business figures you entered in the calculator: number of employees, number of minimum-wage employees and their average weekly hours, whether you offer health insurance and the premium per employee, your workers' compensation premium, and your annual software spend. We also receive the estimates the calculator worked out from those figures.
- If you ask for a call back: the day and time you prefer, and anything you type in the optional notes box. Please do not put sensitive details in that box, such as Social Security numbers, bank details or health information. We do not need them.
- A random code the page creates for your visit, the time you submitted, and the web address of the page you used, so we can tell your two steps (seeing results, asking for a call) belong together.
What the site collects automatically. Our web host keeps standard server logs for every visit. These typically include your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, your browser and device type, and the page that sent you here. We use them to keep the site working and secure.
What the site does not do. As of the date above, this site sets no cookies, loads no advertising or tracking scripts, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking pixels. Its fonts are served from the site itself. It has no chat tool, booking tool or newsletter sign-up.
How we use your information
- To show you your calculator results and email them to you.
- To contact you about your results and next steps, by phone or email.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and serve you well.
- To keep the site secure, fix problems and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for others.
Who receives your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes. Here is who handles it, and why.
- Our team. When you submit the form, your details are recorded in our contact list, which is a private Google Sheet. Brandon Contreras and the Provident Tax Relief team use it to follow up with you.
- Google. The form sends your details to a Google service that records them in that Sheet. Google also sends you the results email from our business account (we are copied on it), and sends our team a new-lead email. Google receives your browser's normal connection information, such as your IP address, when the form is submitted. Google acts as our service provider for this.
- Text alerts to our team. When a new lead arrives, a short text goes to our team's phones through a mobile carrier's email-to-text service. It includes your business name, your name and your phone number. The carrier carries that message.
- The company that built and maintains this website. It manages the site and the lead system for us, and receives the same new-lead alerts.
- Our web host. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles the server logs described above.
- If you decide to move forward. If you choose to enroll, we share the details needed to set up the program with the program administrator and related partners. We do this only after you say yes.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the site.
If the business is ever sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Cookies, tracking and signals
As of the date above, this site does not set cookies and does not track you across the web. There is nothing to opt out of.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Because the site does not track visitors, sell personal information or share it for advertising, those signals do not change what the site does, and your privacy preference is respected either way.
If we add analytics or any other tracking in the future, we will update this page first, before it goes live, and explain how to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymize them. If you become a customer, or the law requires us to keep a record longer, we keep what is needed for that purpose. Server logs are kept by our web host for a short period under its own settings. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your choices").
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from;
- give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.
We offer these choices to everyone, including California residents. To make a request, email qualify@providenttr.com or call (661) 477-4495. We may ask you to confirm your name and the email or phone number you used so we do not hand your information to the wrong person. We will confirm we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you. Making a request costs you nothing, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
To stop emails from us, say so in a reply or use the contact details below. To stop calls, tell us on the call or contact us.
Children
This site is for business owners and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We limit access to lead records to the people who need them, and we use the account protections of the services listed above. Information sent over the internet is never completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. The form does not ask for payment card, bank account or government ID numbers, and you should not send them to us through the site.
Links to other sites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as our LinkedIn pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
When we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect. Please check back from time to time.
